I previously interned at a staffing agency, Networks Connect, as a recruiter and scheduler. In this internship I communicated effectively with team members to improve recruiting process, educated employees on the rules and regulations of the long-term health care facilities, collaborated with employees on scheduling availability to insure appropriate coverage, and assisted numerous prospect employees with onboarding tasks.

 

Interning at Networks Connect as a recruiter and scheduler refined my communication and collaboration skills, essential for managing teams and improving processes in health administration. Additionally, my experience in educating employees on regulations and ensuring appropriate coverage through scheduling prepares me to handle similar tasks in healthcare settings.
